WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SALE

  • Our sales typically start at 8:00pm on a Sunday. Sales usually last 2 hours. We will put an announcement image up, and start posting items for sale that evening. We post usually 10-15 items over the course of 1.5 hours, so if there is something in particular you'd like to snag, we recommend being available during the duration of the sale. We have some pretty quick customers ;)
  • Rugs are a new addition to our little adventure. Multiple pictures of each rug are available here for details, dimensions, and other helpful information. As soon as our Insta-shop is open (at 8:00pm on announced Sunday), you may begin to purchase the rug of your choice by commenting on the original photo. A helpful shortcut to find available rugs is #BGrugs.
  • To purchase items in our shop: 
    • HOME ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, and NON- PERSIAN RUG ITEMS: 
      • leave a comment on the original post with your PayPal email and shipping zip code. You'll have one hour to pay your invoice. Unpaid invoices will be cancelled and resent to the first backup buyer in the post. 
    • RUGS:

Delivery (only in Fort Worth and surrounding areas within reason) can be discussed after purchase for a flat fee of $45. Local pickup is free at our home in east Fort Worth and can be coordinated after payment. Turkish/Pakistani rugs are available for delivery. 

  • We are live on our feed throughout the sale to send invoices and announce when an item has been claimed. If you love an item that someone has already claimed, you can comment "backup" and you will be the next in line if the original commenter does not pay their invoice within the hour given. You will then have one hour to pay your invoice.

SHOP POLICIES & INFO

  • Unless otherwise specified, our items are second-hand/vintage/antique. Our products are worn in nature and may contain imperfections, flaws, and/or signs of wear which gives Bear Goods its one-of-a-kind appeal, and therefore, cannot be considered defective. We will do our absolute best to describe them in detail, and will respond to any and all questions you have about them. That being said, all buyers assume responsibility for the condition of items purchased. 

  • We bill via PayPal. Therefore, you must have a PayPal account to purchase. 

  • We ship to all fifty-nifty United States (except for Persian rugs or otherwise noted). 

  • Shipping is not included (unless otherwise noted)  in the list price, but we ship at the lowest cost we can find. 

  • Taxes are not included in the list price. 

  • We ship items through USPS (First-Class and Priority). 

  • All sales are FINAL. No refunds/exchanges (We are also humans and want you to be happy with your purchase, so reach out if you have any concerns with your purchase).

  • All sale photos are unedited and shot on an iPhone 6s in natural light. Slight color variations can occur from device to device so please email if you have any reservations or concerns. 

  • Our heirloom-quality vintage Persian rugs are 100% wool and are 100% hand woven. These are one-of-a-kind pieces that are truly works of art. We are not professional rug dealers, but we seek to provide as much information as we know.
